Finance & Accounts Manager - Tai Seng / 5 days / Full Set Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle companies' accounts including management account and financial account.
• Update records in the system: bank balance, accounts receivables, accounts payables, checking and verifying purchase, sales, and expenses.
• Send monthly statement of accounts to clients to expedite collection on receivables past due invoices.
• Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and month-end closings to prepare financial statements of Sales P&L and Balance sheet for management review.
• Preparation: Computation of GST, year-end Tax Computation, filing of Form C, IR8A, lodgment of ECI, and financial report analysis for Audit.
• Work with external and internal contacts in resolving accounting problems, providing financial information and assistance, and coordinating accounting-related activities.
• Prepare and present management accounts for directors on business health, expansion, and investment.
• Evaluate risk and present customer credit applications for director approval or rejection; also advise directors on long-term business and financial planning.
• Assist and advise directors on continuously reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT-related procedures if required.
• Provide business and finance strategic recommendations to the directors and members of the executive management team.
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business to exceed business plan targets.
• Responsible for ensuring company compliance management framework in accordance with government rules, e.g., PDPA, government grants, etc.
• Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
• Review all formal finance, HR, and IT-related procedures for increased productivity and cost efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Full Set Accounting experience.
• At least a Diploma in Accountancy or Finance-related fields.
• Experience in financial reporting & risk evaluation is a plus.
