Prepare monthly Group consolidated financial reports, with insightful commentaries and analysis of Group performance, including presentation to top management on the results.
Check and review the reasonableness and completeness of the management reports.
Prepare Budget and Forecasts for the Group, including engaging with various stakeholders and preparation of presentation materials and any ad-hoc requests from Management.
Analyse the data to understand the financial performance, as well as investigating the significant differences between the actual, budget & forecast results to identify the key causes of variances for performance measurement.
Maintain up to date business-oriented forecast model for budgeting as well as forecast.
Prepare cash flow forecast for the monthly management reporting purpose.
Manage Capex process, working capital requirements and monitoring of bank accounts and loans.
Review the allocation of overhead costs periodically and supervises the undertaking of ad-hoc/special cost studies (if any).
Liaise with business units to provide insights to performance and efficiency to facilitate achievement of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Support various process harmonizing and improvement initiatives, including monitoring, maintaining, and improving the reporting structure and templates.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Proven FP&A experiences in fast paced environment.
Prior experience in Big Four will be an advantage.
Team player, good communicator, meticulous and attention to detail.
Self-starter, independent and require minimum supervision.
