Finance Manager

About the role

This is a full-time Finance Manager role with Prime Net (S) Pte Ltd, located in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial strategic and operational role in driving the financial success of the organisation. This position presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing all financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Preparing and analysing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support informed business decision-making
• Implementing and maintaining robust financial controls and processes to mitigate risk
• Leading the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborating cross-functionally to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
• Ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all relevant tax legislation
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
• Liaise with bankers and auditors to facilitate efficient financial operations and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in a finance management role, preferably in the financial accounting and reporting domain
• Proven track record of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of financial management software and data analysis tools
• Familiarise with SFRS and/or IFRS in order to constantly reviewing and updating the latest SFRS and/or IFRS to company accounting methods
• Good knowledge of Singapore tax laws in order to manage and submit GST, MES, customer accounting, ECI and corporate taxation
• Ensure the accounts to be constantly updated with the latest accounting practice and compliance with latest IRAS regulations
