A privately-owned retail business that prides itself on providing a quality dining experience and has continued to achieve good growth. They are now looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to partner with the MD directly as a Finance & HR Manager.

About the Job

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance activities for their F&B operations. You will be comfortable being hands-on with transactional finance work, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing, and in charge of management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities. You will also be responsible for general HR administration and payroll activities.

Skills and Experience Required

You are ideally accounting qualified with hands-on full sets of accounts experience gained from F&B/Consumer/Retail industries. You are resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You can look forward to working in a collaborative environment with hybrid work arrangements.
