Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations of Finance and ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Handles full set of accounts including AR, AP and GL
  • Credit control monitoring on invoices that are due and following up with clients
  • Filing of GST return
  • Prepare monthly P&L
  • Submission of Accounts to IRAS
  • Ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity is upheld at all times
  • General administration
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director
  • Processing Payroll and staff claims
  • Updating of leave records
  • Handle recruitment and resignation and manage staff onboarding and exiting processes
  • Assisting in regulatory compliance matters (i.e. IRAS, MOM etc.)
  • Supporting general administration matters in the firm

Requirements:

  • Team player
  • Confident speaking and writing in English language
  • Familiar with computer
