Finance cum HR Executive
Job Highlight:
- Applicant must have working experience in Singapore.
- To maintain Fixed Assets listing, monthly financial closing & reporting.
- General HR and administrative duties.
Job Requirements & Duties:
- 5 Days week - Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.
- Location: Jalan Pemimpin (Near Marymount MRT station).
- Salary: Up to $3500.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administration, LCCI preferred.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operation in Finance & HR departments.
- Issue invoices and process payments.
- Maintain Fixed Assets listing.
- Prepare Journal vouchers and data entries.
- Perform month-end financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare and submit GST returns.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
- Maintain accounting files and records.
- Support in financial audits.
- Generate policies.
- Admin duties.
