Finance cum HR Executive

Job Highlight:

  • Applicant must have working experience in Singapore.
  • To maintain Fixed Assets listing, monthly financial closing & reporting.
  • General HR and administrative duties.

Job Requirements & Duties:

  • 5 Days week - Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.
  • Location: Jalan Pemimpin (Near Marymount MRT station).
  • Salary: Up to $3500.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administration, LCCI preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operation in Finance & HR departments.
  • Issue invoices and process payments.
  • Maintain Fixed Assets listing.
  • Prepare Journal vouchers and data entries.
  • Perform month-end financial closing and reporting.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
  • Maintain accounting files and records.
  • Support in financial audits.
  • Generate policies.
  • Admin duties.
