Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset and Inventory functions
• Prepare and post journal entries during month end financial close
• Perform variance and trend analysis at entity level
• Responsible for month end closing, yearly financial closing and quarterly reporting
• Correspond and resolve operational issues with various other departments
• Prepare balance sheet schedules
• Prepare quarterly GST submission and attend external bodies enquiries
• Assist in the annual budgeting exercise
• Handle audit and tax matters for the entity
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by GL accountant

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity (GL, FA, Budget, Balance Sheet, GST submission) with knowledge in full set account
• Proficient in MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel pivot table, vlookup, PowerPoint)
• Analytical thinking, detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial data

Work Location: Tuas (pick up from Tuas Crescent MRT)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

Remuneration: Basic + 2 times bonuses
