Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are a growing company seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The incumbent will be responsible on various aspects of the company's accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Description

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance of the Company and its subsidiaries
• Prepare and ensure the monthly financial and analytical reports are completed on a timely basis for review
• Prepare and manage intercompany transactions, reconciliation and settlement
• Manage credit control and perform bank reconciliations and collection
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against budget
• Responsible for quarterly GST Reporting
• Prepare required schedules and reports for yearly audit and tax purpose
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit and tax processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and identify and mitigate potential risks
• Continuously review and improve accounting processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and other professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
