Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling and managing account receivables duties
• Coordinate and submit GIRO applications to the bank, and track approval status in the accounting system.
• Prepare and send customer statements of account (SOA) on time.
• Help resolve internal and external disputes.
• Assist in other accounting tasks as needed (e.g., updating SOPs).
• Communicate with external parties, including auditors.
• Other finance ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Financial Management
• No experience is welcome
• Proficient in using ERP system (Microsoft Navision) will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
