Finance Executive, Healthcare

• Healthcare institution
• Working location: West region within walking distance from MRT
• Monday - Friday (Office hours)
• Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable bonus

Responsibilities

1. Handling daily finance operations and preparation of grant claims for submission to grantors.
2. Build and maintain working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Support daily financial operations and prepare grant claims for timely submission to funding agencies and ensure that adequate supporting documentation is available for audit review.
4. Liaise and work with internal and external stakeholders to source financial and non-financial information.
5. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and controls for operational efficiency.
6. Support other finance functions as and when required by the team.

Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting; experience in research finance will be advantageous.
2. Preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
3. Experience with SAP and/or experience in research grant finance will be advantageous.
4. Independent and meticulous candidate with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
