Overview:

Our Healthcare Client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive (1 year Contract) to join their team. In this role, you’ll manage daily finance operations, oversee grant claim submissions, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Financial Operations: Support the day-to-day finance functions of the organisation, ensuring operational smoothness and accuracy.
2. Grant Claim Preparation & Submission: Prepare and submit grant claims to funding agencies on time, ensuring that all supporting documentation meets audit standards.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both internal departments and external funding partners to gather necessary financial and non-financial information for accurate reporting.
4. Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing financial processes and controls to promote operational efficiency and compliance.
5. General Finance Support: Assist in other finance tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a track record of meticulous management and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
4. Proficient with SAP software
5. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills.
6. A team player who can work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
