Job Requirements:
A team lead responsible for the Financial Accounting and Management Reporting
functions in a Finance Shared Services environment supporting healthcare Organisations.
• Supervise and lead a team of staff in the section in handling day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing, including the preparation and/or review of the monthly, quarterly and year-end audit schedules and financial reporting packages
• Responsible for the good quality of the balance sheet
• Tracking and monitoring of the organisation funding
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and prompt disbursements
• Review Bank Reconciliation and resolve reconciling items
• Responsible for inter-company and related company’s transactions and balances and resolve reconciling items
• Responsible for GST and other statistical submissions
• Liaising with internal and external auditors on audit matters
• Liaising with tax agent on corporate tax and GST matters
• Process improvement projects
• Ad-hoc assignments
