Finance Executive (Full Set) - MNC - West

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Engineering industry. They are looking for a Finance Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the general ledger (GL) by posting accurate and timely journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
2. Manage accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.
3. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports, and conduct variance analyses.
4. Oversee fixed assets by updating the register, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with standards.
5. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, support tax filings, and ensure compliance with regulations.
6. Aid in audits, manage cash flow, prepare forecasts, and drive process improvements.
7. All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Finance or other relevant field of studies.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
