• Experience candidate: budget & forecasting experience is a must
• Salary: $3,500 (without experience); up to $4,500 (with experience)

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Finance Executive and enhance your financial management skills while growing your career in a supportive and progressive environment. You will be responsible for various aspects of financial management, business partnering, and group treasury operations, contributing to the organization's financial health and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management and Business Partnering:

• Prepare and manage the annual budget and regular financial projections.
• Analyze monthly profit and loss statements, monitor performance against budget, and provide insightful commentaries for management reporting.
• Review balance sheet schedules and take necessary actions to resolve outstanding items.
• Provide financial guidance and policy advice to various departments.
• Review and streamline work processes to improve productivity.
• Participate in various ad hoc financial projects as needed.

Group Treasury:

• Prepare cash flow projections and consolidated group cash flow statements.
• Create approval papers for submission to the Board of Directors and Finance Board Committee.
• Prepare monthly journals and schedules, along with the Cash and Investment Segmentation Report (CISR).
• Ensure sufficient funds are available for payments and prepare funds transfer instructions.
• Maintain bank accounts, manage bank signatories, and handle related documentation.
• Manage the organization's loan portfolio in coordination with MOHH Central Treasury.
• Liaise with MOHH Central Treasury and banks on financial matters.
• Participate in treasury projects to enhance financial operations.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, or a completed ACCA qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced IT skills, such as Macros and RPA (e.g., UiPath), are highly valued.
• Experience with SAP is essential.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in English.
• Candidates with less experience but exceptional academic achievements from top universities are also encouraged to apply.
