Finance Executive, AP/AR

• Perform daily receipts, and posting of transactions for non-DXC support companies
• Assist AFM in review of sales ledger reconciliation
• Review / Prepare monthly sales ledger journal, subledger and PA seller a/c contra
• Review for monthly inter-co billing and ensure consistent accounting treatment
• Ensure GST treatment compliance
• Submission of E-Invoices to Govt Agencies (Assist InvoiceNow development)
• Periodical service package review
• Credit a/c review and customer account creation
• Prepare Sales & Purchasing Commission, Insurance and Finance Commission for payroll
• Review and submit daily collection summary from operation

Back-up or support for AP, which include the following:

• Perform daily payments, and posting of transactions for non-DXC support companies
• Prepare adhoc / urgent payment request
• Perform daily transactions reconciliation for daily accounting data integrity
• Assist AFM in review of Purchase ledger reconciliation
• Prepare / Review for monthly inter-co account matrix and propose contra weekly
• Prepare / Review for monthly purchase ledger journal, subledger contra
• Ensure GST treatment compliance
• Monthly open PO reconciliation
• Cashflow and banking matters
• Monitor daily cashflow requirements
• Liaison with financial institutions for all banking related activities, i.e., opening & closing of bank accounts, updating of bank signatories etc.
• Assist with funding matters including preparing of bank letters for drawdown, repayments, rollover
• Attending to banks queries forwarding statutory accounts
• Prepare applications for Bankers Guarantees
• Liaising with shared services centre on day-to-day finance operations

Requirements

• Dip with 2-4 years of relevant experience in AP/AR
• Proficient in MS Office
• 5 days week
