Finance Executive

Join our dynamic finance team as an Finance Executive and make a significant impact by managing AR & AP accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate billing. Collaborate with the Finance Manager on key tasks such as monthly closings, audits, and tax compliance while enhancing your analytical skills through AR/AP aging report reviews.

Job Description:

1. Manage the station’s AR & AP accounts, including AR collection and AP payments.
2. Perform monthly AR & AP reconciliations.
3. Prepare and verify staff claims.
4. Liaise with HQ for inter-company reconciliations and assist with matters/queries related to the local station.
5. Assist the Finance Manager with monthly account closings.
6. Support the Finance Manager with year-end audit schedules, tax compliance, and quarterly GST reporting.
7. Monitor shipment reports and ensure prompt billing.
8. Run and review AR/AP aging reports for detailed analysis, providing recommendations for improvement.
9. Handle administrative tasks.
10. Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
