Your Role
Your role is Finance Executive. The duty of the Finance Executive is to ensure that BeeX's bookkeeping is accurately maintained and up to date, while providing essential financial support. Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with the administrative team on financial matters, directly reporting to the CEO. This role is open to people who do not work in BeeX office, and/or part time work 3 days per week.
Your Job Scope
- Leads the preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly financial statements and reports, often providing data and analysis.
- Manage all grant reimbursement submissions by ensuring proper tracking, bookkeeping and timeliness of all the submissions.
- Handles financial tasks such as processing transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and employees claims.
- Ensures accurate and timely data entry into the accounting systems and maintains financial records.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.
- Any other duties assigned.
Desired Qualities
- Diploma / Degree in Finance or Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
- Singaporean/Singaporean PR preferred due to unavailability of S-Pass quota for this position
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge in accounting systems (Xero would be advantageous)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with strong analytic skills
- Strong communication skills.
