Finance Executive

Our Client:

An exciting opportunity to join our client, a prominent Chinese manufacturing company newly established in Singapore. They are currently looking to hire a Finance Executive to support their growing team. The Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's daily financial affairs, including accounting processing, voucher entry, account verification, etc., to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
2. Responsible for tax declaration work in Singapore, including personal tax declaration, corporate income tax declaration, etc., to ensure company tax compliance.
3. Plan employee salary payment plans in accordance with company policies and regulations, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of salary payment, and handle salary-related tax issues at the same time.
4. Conduct cost control and budget analysis, propose cost saving suggestions, and optimize financial management processes.
5. Responsible for organizing and keeping the company's financial files to ensure the security and integrity of financial information.

1. 5 days’ work week with Hybrid work arrangements.
2. Office location in the Central regions with direct & convenient access to MRTs and Buses.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance or related majors, with a solid financial theoretical foundation.
2. Applicants with more than 1 year of financial-related work experience and familiarity with financial software and office software operators are preferred.
3. Be familiar with the financial and tax regulations of the country and Singapore and have good financial analysis and data processing capabilities.
4. Candidates fluent in Chinese (Written and Spoken) are preferred due to the need to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
