Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: South West, Singapore

Job Description

• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
• Responsible for calculation of department and division profitability.
• Establish, monitor and analyze product costing, prepare and maintain reconciliations and review of cost variances.
• Responsible for preparation of consolidated account of the group and subsidiary in Malaysia.
• Submission of tax return.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, Singapore tax and government authorities where required.
• Perform full spectrum of Account Payable role.
• File and maintain fixed Assets and supplier record.
• Prepare monthly recurring journal voucher, bank facilities and balance sheet schedule.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Meticulous, analytical, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and deliver quality work within stipulated timelines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP System, Companies ACT and other accounting regulatory requirements is a pre-requisite.

Compensation

• Working location: South West
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Transport pick-up (Joo Koon MRT)
