Job Description Summary

We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive to enhance our FP&A team, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Job Description

About The Role:

1. To ensure finance operations is operating at an optimal level for the BU accounts
2. Assist in establishing strong accounting processes and periodically review and improve existing processes at site and to ensure compliance with contract requirements, local FRS and US GAAP (revenue and cost recognition) standards
3. Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
4. Implementation of financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance with internal controls.
5. Prepare monthly interim management report, including overall P&L analysis and to provide commentaries to FP&A team on key variances between budget and actual P&L performance
6. Assist in annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast exercise
7. Provide finance related advice (budgetary/spending)
8. Assist in developing segment P&L reporting to measure respective business performance against plan
9. To lead in ad-hoc projects as assigned
10. Resolve billing and collection discrepancies
11. Liaise with suppliers for invoicing and payment matters.
12. Support Corporate Finance team for all finance related matters
13. Perform any related duties as required and directed.

About You:

1. Have degree or diploma in Finance and Accounting or related studies
2. Have 3 years experience in finance and accounting operation and management
