Job Responsibilities:

• Support clinical and operational teams in understanding expenses, performance, and strategic plans.
• Maintain financial performance reports and analyses to drive cost control with stakeholders.
• Contribute to budget updates and periodic operational reviews.
• Advise partners on financial matters, policies, and workflows.
• Analyze financials, cost drivers, and subsidies to identify cost-saving opportunities and guide pricing decisions.
• Assist with improving financial processes and controls in ongoing projects.
• Contribute to systems implementation and change management tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
