Finance Executive

Well Established Company in Singapore

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm

Salary: $2900 - $3200 (Depend on Experience) + AWS + VB

Location: Macpherson - 5 Min Walking Distance from MRT

Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years Full sets Accounts Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Full Set of Accounts: Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting functions.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile company bank statements and ensure accuracy.
• Month-End Closing: Assist in month-end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting.
• Prepare Management Reports: Prepare accurate financial reports for management review.
• Quarterly GST Reporting: File GST returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Cash Flow Monitoring: Track and monitor company cash flow for effective financial management.
• Daily Financial Tasks: Assist with daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices and payments.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: LCCI, ACCA, or a Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Software Skills: Experience with ERP software is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
