Finance Director (NPO)

Our client is a Non Profit Organization (NGO). They are looking for a Finance Director to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central, easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Finance Director:

1. Manages finance operations, ensuring timely payments, accurate reporting, and compliance with policies.
2. Oversees audits, budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial reports for the Board.
3. Collaborates with stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve payment issues.
4. Leads the team to meet KPIs and ensures adherence to internal controls and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Min Degree with accounting or any relevant field
2. Min 6 to 8 years of working experience in similar industry
3. Prior experience in grant accounting, budgeting and enterprise risk management is a bonus
