Finance Director (NGO)

Our client is a Non Profit Organization (NGO) looking for a Finance Director to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central, easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Finance Director:

• Manages finance operations, ensuring timely payments, accurate reporting, and compliance with policies.
• Oversees audits, budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial reports for the Board.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve payment issues.
• Leads the team to meet KPIs and ensures adherence to internal controls and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Min Degree with accounting or any relevant field.
• Min 6 to 8 years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Prior experience in grant accounting, budgeting, and enterprise risk management is a bonus.
