FINANCE DIRECTOR

Job Overview

We are looking for a Finance Director to oversee the company's financial operations and support business growth through sound financial management, strategic insights, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, with experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Evaluate potential investment or business opportunities through financial analysis and due diligence
• Collaborate with senior management on business development, capital planning, and resource allocation
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions
• Supervise and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence
• Support M&A or fundraising activities as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a combination of corporate finance, investment, or audit background
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements, reporting standards, and internal controls
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience in multi-entity or regional operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in financial modeling and business case evaluation
