Finance Director

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Director (财务总监) to oversee the financial health and strategic direction of our company. This role is responsible for financial planning, risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency, ensuring long-term growth aligned with corporate goals. Ideal candidates will have a background in the high-tech or semiconductor industry and deep expertise in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:
   • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
   • Lead the finance department in providing forward-looking insights and financial guidance.
2. Budgeting & Cost Control:
   • Oversee budget development and department allocations.
   • Monitor cost structures and drive operational efficiency across departments.
3. Fund & Cash Flow Management:
   • Manage company funds and optimize capital use.
   • Ensure liquidity, investment performance, and smooth cash operations.
4. Reporting & Analytics:
   • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
   • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance in financial data to support decisions.
5. Tax & Regulatory Compliance:
   • Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and taxation laws.
   • Minimize tax liabilities while managing risks responsibly.
6. Risk Management:
   • Establish robust financial risk controls.
   • Identify and mitigate financial risks proactively.
7. Team Management:
   • Lead and grow a high-performing finance team.
   • Mentor staff and ensure operational excellence across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• 10+ years of financial leadership experience; experience in tech or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong command of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial analysis tools.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cost management.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Overseas or cross-border experience is a strong plus.
