Position: Finance & Corporate Administration Executive

Department: Finance & Corporate Administration Functional Group

Base location: Singapore

Travel: Not required.

Pre-requisite:

1. Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent
2. At least 2 years of accounting / financial and management reporting experience
3. Strong Excel knowledge; knowledge in Xero accounting software is advantageous
4. Effective interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
5. Strong organisational skills with good time management; ability to work independently
6. Detail and task oriented; meticulous and responsible; conscientious in documentation
7. Self-motivated and enthusiastic with requisite personal drive and energy

Responsibilities:

1. Account Receivables and Account Payables Management.
2. Responsible for billing and payment transactions.
3. Perform accurate data entry.
4. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to resolve payment and collection issues.
5. Prepare and check all supporting documents and prepare payments.
6. Reconcile Supplier SOA and accounting transactions.
7. General ledger management including bank reconciliation and online banking maintenance.
8. Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing.
9. Responsible for the overall upkeep of financial records.
10. Ensure & maintain proper filing system in the department.
11. Assist in budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and other management reports.
12. Assist in Audit, Tax, and any other ad-hoc for management reporting.
13. Finance and corporate administrative duties including office and project-related administration.
