THE MISSION?

You keep a hawk’s eye on costs, juggle with margins, and make the numbers talk so that every penny counts.

When it comes to stocks, it’s a perfect control story: nothing disappears, everything is on your radar, even the last bottle of gin!

You turn Excel columns into masterpieces of clarity, and your reports are more eagerly awaited than a Sunday brunch at Mama.

Chef, sous-chef, F&B director… you team up with everyone to make the magic happen in the kitchen and in the accounts.

Late receivables? No worries, you’ll chase them down with a smile (or a good dose of persuasion).

With your ideas and analysis, you make Mama’s finances shine because managing well is truly an art!

Qualifications

MADE FOR YOU? ONLY IF…

• You know the basics of accounting inside out and can navigate reports, client accounts, and inventories with your eyes closed.
• Hotel and restaurant cost control is your playground. And if you’ve worked with OPERA or MICROS, that’s a total win!
• Excel is your superpower. You create spreadsheets that are both impressive and functional (promise).
• Super organised, you juggle deadlines and priorities without ever losing your smile.
• A rock-solid team player? Perfect, we love people who work collaboratively and bring positive energy to the table.
• You know local accounting and administrative regulations like the back of your hand.
