Finance Business Partner Lead (manufacturing background)

My client is a reputable firm with a strong global presence, seeking a Finance Business Partner Lead to lead a team to support the business units in a dynamic environment.

This role involves overseeing month-end closings, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, and driving cost management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in finance business partnering, strong analytical skills, with a background in cost accounting and investment monitoring in a manufacturing environment.
