Finance Audit Manager

General Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Audit Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role is responsible for leading and managing financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving improvements in financial processes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial auditing, team leadership, and a strong ability to work independently to drive change.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage financial audit projects, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
2. Oversee a team of auditors/accountants, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
3. Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to improve financial processes and controls.
4. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with multinational and multi-cultural teams to drive financial integrity and transparency.
6. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
7. Work closely with external auditors and stakeholders to facilitate audit processes.
8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Requirements

1. Essential Qualifications & Experience:
2. Chartered Accountant (ICA or ACCA) certification.
3. 6 to 8 years of professional experience, focusing on financial auditing in leading accounting firms.
4. 2 to 3 years of managerial experience leading an accounting or audit project team of at least 10 people.
5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
6. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (native language skill level).
7. Experience working with and managing multinational and multi-cultural teams.
