Finance Associate - FinTech

Our client is a leading FinTech firm in Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions and manage local tax matters, ensuring timely filing with authorities.
• Independently manage the full set of accounts, including preparing relevant listings and schedules, determining net asset values, and calculating fund performance.
• Assist with corporate secretarial duties and compliance, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationships with service providers, including fund administrators, banks, and auditors.
• Support the preparation of reports, surveys, and forms as required by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
• Assist in distributing returns to investors, including drafting necessary documentation.
• Oversee regular accounting tasks, such as payroll, cash management, and purchases.
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in external auditing, fund accounting, capital calls, private equity, or fund management.
• Solid understanding of Singapore FRS and IRAS regulations.
• A collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to navigate workplace dynamics.
