Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.
  • Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.
  • Assist with the processing of invoices and payments.
  • Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases.
  • Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with other departments to gather financial information.
  • Support the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
