Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.
Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.
Assist with the processing of invoices and payments.
Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases.
Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Liaise with other departments to gather financial information.
Support the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
