Finance Analyst (MNC)

Job Responsibilities

• Review accounting transactions for data accuracy
• Review and analyze monthly results vs. budget/forecast/prior year
• Upload monthly results to HFM
• Summarize and report key variances to ALT
• Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
• Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual profits
• Develop and prepare weekly and monthly KPIs
• Utilizing key performance metrics, provide updates to financial outlook
• Prepare and distribute the monthly reporting package
• Maintain GL accounting and project setups aligned with global policy and accounting guidance
• Oversee Account Receivables
• Complete ad-hoc requests as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-5 years proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Expertise in MS Excel (by using advanced formulas) and ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
• Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or other major Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Up-to-date with accounting standards
• Demonstrable strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
• Energy and drive with a can-do attitude
