The analyst will join the Financial Management pillar of Finance with the primary focus on intercompany related transactions.

1. Perform intercompany operational duties
2. Handle intercompany transactions, including issuance and recording of billing, debit notes, credit notes, and invoices
3. Prepare intercompany related journal entries
4. Execute month-end/quarter-end and year-end reporting tasks such as intercompany confirmations, reconciliations, and intercompany related accruals
5. Monitor funds from intercompany settlements
6. Compute Transfer Pricing
7. Attend to ad-hoc queries on intercompany differences
8. Reconcile internal account balances via Intellmatch
9. Prepare regulatory reporting
10. Be in charge of local regulatory reporting relating to intercompany transactions (MAS610)
11. Manage GST related matters such as reconciliation of reverse charge, irrecoverable GST, etc.
12. Prepare GST reporting quarterly
13. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

1. Relevant experience in the banking industry
2. Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently or contribute as part of a team
3. Takes initiative in streamlining processes and driving automation
4. Degree in Accounting, Banking, or Finance
