The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and forecasts.
Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations from budget or forecast.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including data collection and analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
