Job Description:

Summary

The role focuses on Financial Reporting, Business Planning and Forecasting for Asia Pacific. He/She is expected to work closely with cross-function stakeholders and transforming operational data into insights for senior management.

Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Analysis
   • Actual financial variance analysis against business plans and/or forecast.
   • Prepare monthly review reports and insights for management in a timely manner.
2. Business Plan: Supports bi-yearly financial plan, including collaboration with other functions in budgeting.
3. Forecasting: Close engagement with other functions team based on operational historical and current market information.
4. Ad-hoc tasks and cost simulations/analysis related projects/analysis to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent fields.
2. Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
3. Demonstrate effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
4. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
5. Possesses excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); Power Automate is a plus.
