Finance Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading European retail company as a Finance Analyst. This role offers the chance to become part of a globally recognized, market-leading brand and an employer of choice, known for its excellence and innovation.

Reporting into the Finance Director, the Finance Analyst will be responsible for regional consolidation across 5 countries. Working closely with the finance team, you will conduct analytical reviews, providing commentaries on the P&L, and highlighting any variances. You will support the budgeting and forecasting process, and prepare the reports for presentation to the leadership team. Lastly, you will be involved in ad-hoc projects to standardize and improve existing processes, structures, and templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The successful candidate will be professionally qualified (CPA, ACCA), with a bachelor's degree from a reputable University. You will possess at least 7 years' relevant experience, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry. Working experience in SAP and Hyperion is highly preferred for this role. You will be described as an independent, analytical, and proactive individual.
