About the Finance Analyst Role:
Tazapay is looking for a Finance Analyst who can support the group level financial reporting and the FP&A function in the Singapore office.

Responsibilities Include:
Financial Reporting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end close.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze revenue and cost datasets for month-end reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by performing detailed reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving data quality, reporting efficiency, and financial analysis capabilities.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Support the FP&A team in analysing financial performance and identifying trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide variance analysis and explanations for budget vs. actual results.
• Create reports, dashboards, datasets and analytical methodologies to enable decision making for business and finance stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-4 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Xero) is a plus.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau or Quicksight) and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
