Job description

Job Highlights

  • Contract Duration: Immediate until July 2025
  • Nearest MRT Station: Buona Vista MRT.
  • Hybrid Working Arrangement (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., SSAs, government agencies) to manage programme budgets and financial sustainability.
  • Oversee budget projections, approvals, and disbursements for funded programmes.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support funding assessments and renewals.
  • Monitor fund allocation and utilisation, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Address funding-related queries, including staffing or service model changes.
  • Assist in the financial audit of an administered fund.
  • Provide secretariat support and handle other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Knowledge or experience in finance administration would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
