Description
Responsible for financial and accounting operations for Singapore market
Develop and manage annual budgets and expenses
Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting
Manage regional performance analysis to support business growth
Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Manage corporate tax filing and compliance monitoring
Ensure compliance with international regulations
Handle HR operations including recruitment and training
Ensure compliance with local employment laws
Manage payroll for Singapore employees
Profile
Experience in operations accounting, and basic understanding of HR operations and payroll
Experience in new company set up will be preferred
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and willing to adapt to changes
