At least 1 year of relevant Finance/accounting experience
Responsibilities
Obtaining information from donors/team members, data entry of donor particulars, and issuance of tax deduction receipts/thank you letters to donors.
Reconciliation of bank statements, petty cash balance, and stock of groceries/vouchers.
Preparation of payment vouchers and other finance-related matters.
Maintaining proper filing of finance and admin records to facilitate the year-end audit process.
General office admin work such as facilities management (e.g., follow-up with air-con servicing and pest control vendors), office supplies (e.g., stock-take and ordering new supplies).
Other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or CEO.
