Finance & Account Executive

Job Summary

We're looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to handle full sets of accounts, ensure timely financial reporting, and oversee tax, audit, and compliance matters. This role also includes budgeting, cash flow, credit control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for financial planning and decision-making.

Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Perform full sets of accounting.
2. Ensure timely, precise month-end closing and financial reporting and schedules (Financial/ Quarterly/ Annual/ Management Report), while overseeing the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and compliance with accounting principles.
3. Reviewing and preparing accounting transactions.
4. Tax-related report and audit-related report.
5. Oversee annual budgeting, as well as monthly and quarterly budget planning, target setting, and financial control.
6. Manage cash flow, monitor financial transactions, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
7. Credit control and account receivable management.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
9. Any ad-hoc Finance & Accounting duties assigned from time to time.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or above in Finance, Accountancy, or other equivalents, or related majors
2. Language: Proficiency at a professional/fully fluent level in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin to liaison with HQ (Taiwan).
3. 3~8 years of professional experience in accounting/finance.
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiar with SAP is a plus.
2. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, demonstrated ownership of work
3. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
4. Basic understanding of Singapore labor law is a plus.
5. Entity Administrator experience in Finance related files will be a plus.
