This role is crucial for managing our financial records, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, and preparing budgets and financial reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management within a fast-paced, dynamic industry like payment services or fintech.

– Maintain and manage all financial records, spreadsheets, and ledgers.
– Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
– Manage invoices, track payments, and follow-up on receivables.
– Handle accounts payable and receivable duties.
– Coordinate with the compliance department to ensure all financial operations are regulatory compliant.
– Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenses.
– Perform bank reconciliations and assist in auditing activities.
– Prepare tax documents for timely filing.
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and improve financial performance.
– Provide financial analysis and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the payment services, banking, or fintech sector.
– Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
– Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
