The Role

You will create a world-class customer experience that drives store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice vm principles.

• Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execute vm event set-ups and new store openings.
• Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer.
• Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the vm framework.
• Assess store needs and use your judgment to make locally-relevant decisions that maximise sales.
