What you'll be doing

• Perform daily onsite deployment (as per assigned) that consists of ONTs, Routers, Switches and AP of various brands (Cisco, HPE, TP-Link, Aruba etc).
• Perform order closure either through phone app or physical Customer Acceptance Form.
• Compile and document all completed work for both internal and clients’ organization.
• Demonstrate and explain equipment usage to customers, responding to any inquiries accordingly.
• Troubleshoot fiber patching either in MDF and breakpoint to isolate signal issues.
• Provide occasional 24x7 on-call/on-site support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Class 2B Driving License (Candidates with their own vehicles preferred).
• Able to commit to a 6-day work week.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a full-time role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
