Field Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install, test and commission of system/equipment in line with project requirements.

• Conduct testing, perform onsite troubleshooting, upgrading, regular maintenance and parts replacement for system/equipment.

• Work closely with project engineer/manager and onsite team members, provide additional tasks as needed by the team.

• Ensure all job activities comply with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

• Follow safety protocols and promptly report potential risks to management.

• Document and maintain logs on the works done and any follow-up actions required.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic with relevant experience.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication skills.

• Experience with specialized equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLC) & other industrial control machineries will be an additional advantage.
