Field Technical Officer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

We are seeking a talented Huawei Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore on a 1-year contract. Key Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, implement, and maintain Huawei network and telecommunications systems.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot Huawei network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
3. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
4. Conduct routine system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
5. Support hardware and software upgrades for Huawei systems.
6. Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for operational efficiency.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
8. Provide technical guidance and training to internal stakeholders as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience working with Huawei network systems in a similar role.
3. Hands-on experience with Huawei routers, switches, and wireless access points.
4. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Huawei enterprise network solutions.
5. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and incident management processes.
6. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network security protocols.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
9. Huawei certification (e.g., HCIA, HCIP) is a strong advantage.
