About the role

This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for ACMV equipment located at refinery plant under service agreement.
2. Perform daily toolbox meeting with customer and teammates.
3. Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
4. Stationed in refinery plant, perform daily ACMV maintenance activities under service agreement.
5. Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for refinery plant ACMV unit complaint and breakdown.
6. Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
7. Participate as qualified permit to work applicant, apply daily work permit for ACMV routine and ad-hoc works/projects in refinery plant.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry.
2. Experience in HVAC system design is desired.
