Field Service Technician (MNC, Kaki Bukit, up to $3500)

Job Description:

• US MNC, Kaki Bukit (walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT Downtown line)
• Must have Class 3 driving license
• 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm
• Salary: basic up to $3500 + $200 standby allowance + AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance jobs for all customers as stipulated in the service contracts
• Quick and timely response to onsite service requests of customers for company equipment
• Provide good and effective troubleshooting and repair of company equipment
• Provide good service and technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide basic user training and basic maintenance procedures to end users
• Provide equipment sales support (e.g., equipment set up for demo, sample printing)
• Handle customer service inquiries
• Continuously improve technical knowledge on company equipment

Requirements:

• At least Nitec in Engineering
• Preferable experience in equipment or machine troubleshooting/hands-on experience
• Candidate who does not have relevant working experience will be considered
• Eager to learn with a good attitude
• Class 3 driving license is a MUST
