Field Service Engineer (Medical Devices, Service Medical) #HLY

Job Description:

Technical Tasks:

1. Performs installation & provides basic technical training when necessary (Mainly Workplace infrastructure - WPI products: Medical Pendents & Lights / Gas Management solutions)
2. Perform related upgrades / Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure devices / equipment are up to date.

Service Operational Tasks:

1. Escalate quality-related situations, market dynamics, and issues from the field to the Service management in his country
2. Monitor and drive completion of monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts

Service Commercial-related Tasks:

1. Makes constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs
2. Any other additional duties deemed appropriate by Service Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Electronics or Equivalent
2. At least 7 years of technical experience preferable in after sales support in the medical industry
3. Class 3 driving license preferred
